Workers Start to Apply Colored Cement to Education Center Walls

The education center needed another layer of high quality cement, called pullido, to be spread over the walls to give it its solid, finished look. Using just the pullido as it comes, would mean that workers would still have to paint the walls. Marcos, the project foreman, found an alternative. Using special dyes, the education center walls will receive its layer of pullido and its color at the same time. The color chosen was a pale yellow. The difficulty with using the dyes though, is that each batch must be mixed identically to the previous batches. In order to create the color for the education center, one cup of dye must be used for every fifteen cups of pullido. The workers will first cover the inside walls, before they move on to the exterior walls.
